Jean Carole Denton (Nee Nevin) 62, a lifelong resident of Severn, MD, died 06 March 2012 at the Tate Hospice House in Linthicum. Jean was born 07 August 1949 in Baltimore to Robert and Mary Nevin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry "Gene" Denton Sr. and her father, Robert Nevin. She is survived by her mother, Mary Nevin; two brothers, William and Robert Nevin; two children, Larry G. Denton Jr. (Cari) and Sheri J. Bohs; and four children.
Jean enjoyed spending time with family and friends and traveling. She was an incredibly talented leader who achieved an exceptional career in sales. An incredibly loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend whose smile, energy and passion for life continues to inspire all who knew her.
Visitation will be held at Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home on Sunday, 11 of March from 3-5 P.M. Services will be held at the funeral home on Monday 12 March at 10:00 A.M. Memorial contributions may be made to the Tate Chesapeake Hospice House, 817 South Camp Meade Road, Linthicum, Maryland 21090.
